Nancy moved to Punta Gorda in 1981 and has been selling real estate throughout Charlotte County since 1983. From 1986 through 2005 (and counting), her team has been the top-selling residential team in the County. She has maintained this sales streak by simply loving what she does.

Nancy has always been around the water. She has lived on a canal in Burnt Store Isles for over 25 years and prior to that lived on Lake Huron in Port Huron, Michigan.

She is an avid boater who has taken her numerous boats around the entire state of Florida. She has spent many hours traversing Charlotte Harbor, its inlets, and the canals that feed the harbor. In Michigan, she raced in the Mackinac Boat Race.

Before catching the boating bug, Nancy was a flight instructor in Michigan and maintained her license in Florida. Many of the aerial shots seen on this website were taken by Nancy while flying.

She is also an avid bicyclist who just rode with a group from Oregon to Maine. When she says “By Land, By Air or By Sea”, she means it.

Nancy has three kids who live in Punta Gorda, Boston, and Austin and one granddaughter who thinks that her Grandma is quite cool.
