Nancy Andreae |
Nancy began her real estate career in Punta Gorda in 1983. She has been the #1 agent in residential real estate sales for Charlotte County every year since 1985.
Nancy is an avid boater and has a 32' Acadia named "Listing Lady." When it comes to boating and knowledge of local waters, there are not many questions that she cannot answer from first hand experience.
Nancy is also a pilot. She began flying in the late 60's in Michigan and now flies for fun. She took all the aerial photos you see throughout the site.

Luke Andreae |
Luke is our listing and marketing specialist. Luke was raised in Punta Gorda and has excellent knowledge of our area as well as properties currently on the market. There is always one of them available to be of service to you.
Luke joined The Andreae Group after being involved in commercial real estate in Washington D.C. and Kansas City. He always had a desire to be in the industry after listening to Nancy's real estate stories at the dinner table while growing up. When it was time to have kids, he knew exactly where he wanted them to grow up.
If you do not find Luke at the office or spending time with his family, then you will probably find him on a tennis court. He attended the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy while in high school and played Division I college tennis at the George Washington University in Washington D.C. He still loves the sport and tries to play competitively throughout Southwest Florida.
Luke has two daughters. Even though they are still quite small, Luke is under no illusions as to who runs the household. |

As a Buyer's Specialist, Kevin is eager to assist clients in their search for property that suits their needs. Kevin uses his lifelong sales background to negotiate in the best interests of his clients. He takes as much time as needed to educate them on the Punta Gorda area.

The first voice you usually hear when calling us is Lauri's. She assists the entire group with administrative tasks and keeping our messages straight.
Lauri's other duties include: compiling our weekly reports, preparing marketing materials as well as printing brochures and maps for all of our clients. |

Kerry handles all of the marketing for The Andreae Group. She utilizes sophisticated marketing tools to create the virtual tours and brochures of our listings. Kerry launches a custom plan designed to most effectively showcase each property and ensures The Andreae Group's Sellers will be up and competitive on the market within days of listing their home.
Kerry also manages our local and national print advertising, extensive mailings as well as our Internet marketing campaigns. |
